Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (excluding public holidays). We reply to every message within 2 business days.

3. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
For any payment question, please include the transaction ID, the date and amount of the payment, and the email address of your FirstHire account. Refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. What we sell and at what price is listed on Products & Pricing.
4. GRIEVANCE OFFICER
In line with the Information Technology Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be addressed to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
